Wolfgang Gallery is a contemporary art space located in Atlanta, GA, featuring mid-career and established artists.

To create a consistent layout structure, we used a column grid — “invisible” lines upon which design elements can be placed. Doing so ties them together in an overall “system” and supports compositions —rationally.

Throughout the restaurant, typography, illustration, painted signage, and carefully considered materials work together to create a cohesive visual experience. The intention was to give Sargent a sense of history and familiarity, complement the layered interiors and artwork, and create a distinct identity of its own.

The mission at Wolfgang Gallery is to introduce a new foundation for discovering and supporting contemporary art by focusing on inclusivity and diversity within the framework of contemporary culture. They asked us to design a visual identity for their 2022 launch.
